無性に自分で茹でたそば以外のそばが食べたくてAstor Placeにある
蕎麦屋に帰宅途中緊急着陸♪
今回はなんとなく鴨せいろ♪ここは普通においしく長野産のそばうどんが食せます。蕎麦湯も出してくれるしなんか落ち着く。
NYにはこんな感じの普通な日本食屋もっと欲しいですね。でもやっぱ
更科堀井とかのデラ旨いの恋しいです。。
I had a craving for Soba but I didn't want to cook it myself. After work, I stopped at
Sobaya on Astor Place.
They serve pretty good Soba and Udon from Nagano, JP. They also serve you Sobayu (the hot water that was used
to boil Soba). We need more Japanese spots like this in NYC. Not too fancy, not too pricey, not westernized.
It doesn't have to be super tasty. Some place I can say, "that is pretty good." That's what I want more of here in NYC.
