かなり風邪気味の金曜の夜、段差気付かずにおもいっきし足をくじいちゃいました。。。凄い腫れ上がり
氷あてつつ週末は晴天だったのに歩けず辛かった。。。歩行中の足下にはご注意下さい。。最近体壊してばっかです。。。
歳ですかね。。。でも足は痛めたものの満喫な金曜の夜〜♪

Friday night, I was feeling sick and coughing, and on top of that I missed the gap on the side walk
and twisted my ankle really bad.... My ankle has been badly swollen.... I have been putting ice on it,
although I wasted a sunny weekend.. Watch your steps when you are walking〜 ☆　Anyway I seem to be
very accident prone these days.... Am I getting old??
However I had a fun friday night even though I fucked up my ankle...〜♪
