この部隊の任務はアメリカ、NATOそして米軍事同盟国のパイロット育成の為、より実戦に近い演習を
目的に開催されるレッドフラッグ アラスカ等で仮想敵機役として演習参加パイロットを迎え撃ちます♪
航空機にこの迷彩が採用されたのは米空軍ではこれが初めてで、２００７年１２月に韓国のKunsan米空軍基地で
初号機が完塗♪

The newly formed 18th Aggressor Squadron has gotten arctic schemed
aircraft in the first time
in the USAF's history for its F-16 fighters〜♪
The white, black and gray F-16 are used as aggressor planes assigned to Eielson Air Force Base,
Alaska for training exercises to include Red Flag Alaska.
The first one was completed painting in Kusan U.S. Air Force Base in Korea on October, 2007.
